1. Accepted Payment Methods
A Pump offers multiple payment options to ensure security and convenience:
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex, and Hipercard)
2. Payment Models
The services offered by professionals can be purchased in two ways:
2.1. Appointments (individual sessions)
The client pays individually for each consultation or service.
Payment is made at the time of booking.
The amount will be retained until the service is completed to ensure the security of the transaction.
2.2. Subscriptions
Some services are recurring, where the client pays at the frequency defined in the service to make appointments - in the case of scheduled services - or to have the service provided by the professional at the frequency defined in the service.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed until the client requests cancellation.
Payment will be charged on the same day of each cycle (for example: every 30 days, every 6 months, etc.).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Client
To guarantee 100% of the invested amount as a refund, cancellations must be made with more than 48 hours’ notice from the appointment and up to 7 days after contracting the service.
To stop the next charge in the case of subscription services, cancellation must be made before the effective date of the next charge.
3.2. Cancellation by the Professional
For service appointments, upon cancellation, the amount is refunded to the client.
For subscription services, upon cancellation, the client will not pay for the next periods and will have the right to the agreed service until the end of the already paid period.
4. Refunds and Disputes
All payments are processed by certified partners, ensuring security in transactions.
In case of a payment error, the client must request a refund through Pump support.
5. Customer Security and Protection
All payments are processed via secure gateways.
Pump does not store credit card data, ensuring compliance with security standards (PCI-DSS).
Suspicious transactions may be analyzed and, if necessary, blocked to prevent fraud.
6. Professional Payment and Withdrawal
6.1. Balance Availability
Pix: The amount is available for withdrawal 7 days after payment confirmation.
Credit card:
In full: 30 days after the purchase it becomes available for withdrawal
In installments: it will be made available for withdrawal every 30 days for each installment.
Example: a sale of R$ 120.00 in 3 installments on the card generates:
R$ 40.00 available 30 days after the purchase;
Another R$ 40.00 available 60 days after the purchase;
And the last R$ 40.00 available 90 days after the purchase.
6.2. Withdrawal
After verifying the banking documents sent by the professional, the withdrawal can be made within the app at any time, which will be deposited into the professional's registered bank account in two distinct periods, on business days at 12 PM and 5 PM.
