The Pump was created to connect health professionals with clients in a practical, safe, and efficient manner. Our goal is to boost your visibility, make managing your schedule easier, ensure the safety and efficiency of your financial management, and provide tools that enhance your service experience.
By using Pump, you entrust us with your personal and professional data to manage your services and clients. This document contains the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy governing the use of our platform for health professionals.

1. TERMS OF USE
1.1. Definitions
Client: An individual who uses Pump to schedule services and access health services.
Health Professional: Doctor, therapist, dentist, personal trainer, nutritionist, or another professional registered on Pump.
Platform: The Pump app and website through which intermediation services are offered.
Service: Connection between clients and health professionals to facilitate scheduling, payments, and support.
Consultation: Type of service where the provision of service occurs only once per contract.
Subscription: Type of service where the client hires the professional with a predefined recurrence established by the professional in the service registration.
1.2. Registration and Responsibilities of the Professional
1.2.1. Registration Requirements
To register on Pump, the professional must provide:
Full name, CPF/CNPJ, cell phone, email, photo, date of birth.
Professions and specialties.
CRM, CRO, or another valid professional registration.
Workplace address.
Bank and company data (for CNPJ) for receiving payments.
Pump may suspend or cancel profiles that do not meet the required criteria.
1.2.2. Responsibilities of the Professional
Keep the schedule updated on the platform.
Honor scheduled times and commitments.
Fulfill the provision of the contracted service.
Communicate with clients in an ethical and professional manner.
Respect the legislation and norms of your professional council.
The professional cannot use Pump to solicit clients outside the platform or share confidential information without consent.
1.3. Management of Services and Payments
The professional can define their availability and prices.
Payments will be subject to the Pump fees, according to the chosen plan.
Pump does not interfere with the amounts charged by professionals, it only provides the tool for scheduling and billing.

1.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated to the client with prior notice.
Consultations canceled without proper justification may impact the professional's reputation on the platform.
1.5. Responsibilities and Limitation of Warranty
Pump is not responsible for:
Quality of the service provided by the professional.
Cancellations made by clients.
Errors or failures caused by incorrect information entered by the professional.
The professional is responsible for complying with the rules of their professional council.
1.6. Modifications to the Terms of Use
Pump may modify these Terms at any time, notifying professionals via the platform or email.

2. PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. Introduction
Pump values security and transparency in the handling of personal data of registered health professionals on the platform.
By using Pump, you entrust us with your information to make your services available to clients. This Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, stored, and used, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) – Law No. 13.709/2018.
